2 cups of milk
½ cup of sunflower oil

12 tablespoons of flour
1 and ½ tablespoon of baking powder
Whip all the ingredients out in the blender and beat until smooth.
In a separate bowl
1 chopped onion
1 cup of corn
1 cup of chopped yellow bell pepper
1 cup of chopped palm cabbage
1 cup of chopped tomato (no seeds)
1 cup of chopped carrots
1 cup of chopped broccoli
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Tip: add chopped black olives and stir the vegetables together.
Add the vegetable mixture to the dough and combine. After, pour it on a baking dish - previously sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 200 C and let it stand for 30 minutes. Remove and serve with green salad on the side!
